If for any reason you are not satisfied with the final video product we will do whatever is needed to create exactly what you had intended to receive in the first place at no extra cost to you.
Base Price
A video shoot and edit of a home video tour of an average sized home (up to 5,000 square feet) will cost $150 dollars. This includes travel, the video shoot, final edit, and delivery of final video product in any format you need. There are reduced rates for very small properties or areas as well. Currently I will supply a quote for pricing on all jobs that require any titling or additional features. I try to keep the cost low for the basic video service (simple and clear shots or the property) because in most cases that is what is most important.

-There may be a small increase in price if the area/home is very large or there are a large number of rooms and/or exterior features that need to be video taped as well.
-Custom titles or voice-overs will raise overall cost.
-In the case that you may be interested in something a little more than just basic video let me know and I can originate a quote for you within 1 to 2 business days.
