Hi, My name is Ian Zagaglia, owner of Realty-Video.com I have close to 15 years experience shooting and editing video. I’m sure I don’t need to tell you that video is everywhere these days and most people expect it. The world of real estate sales is just starting to catch up. I created this service to offer a simple way to have video produced of the properties you need shown in a much more up to date and thorough way. Now, those of you with little or no knowledge of producing video can show more of a property online than flat images could ever show a potential buyer. And again, I’m sure I don’t need to tell you that having a video created brings many more advantages to communicating your message and product.

PRICING
A video shoot and edit of a home video tour of an average sized home will cost $150 dollars. This includes travel, the video shoot, final edit, and delivery of final video product in any format you need. There are reduced rates for very small properties or areas as well. Currently I will supply a quote for pricing on all jobs that require any titling or additional features. I try to keep the cost low for the basic video service (simple and clear shots or the property) because in most cases that is what is most important. Read more on our pricing page.
